Watch a filmed version of the song "Disappearance" (from 2014's Red Shift) here!
I served as assistant director on a reading of the new play Sacrilegious, written by Tom Schulman (Academy Award winner, Dead Poets Society) and starring Reed Birney, Rob McClure, and Alexis Bledel. Directed by Andy Sandberg.
I assisted Andy Sandberg again in late May, on a reading of Jim Fuld's playThe Will.
In late April, I filmed the song "Disappearance" from the musical Red Shift, staged in 2014. Conceived by me, composed by Solomon Hoffman, and with lyrics/book by Nick Parker, Red Shift was a loose adaptation of the novel The Time Traveler's Wife (reimagined as a planetarium show about time travel). Cast for the filming included Kyra Atekwana, Devin Lloyd, and Rebecca Farley, with Gus Reed as cinematographer.
Swipe Right/Swipe Left played its first performance at the Duplex Theatre.
Application Pending, starring Christina Bianco (w/ me as assistant director), opened at the Westside Theatre. "Must we trot out the phrase 'tour de force'? Yes, we must." - The New York Times
I also assistant directed two readings in February:

The Dodgers by Diana Amsterdam (dir. Dave Solomon, starring Billy Magnussen and Finn Wittrock).
